Video Player Help

We've got some new video technology. You may fear our mighty technical prowess, so read the following info to see if it helps you out any.

 

What have we done?

We've gone all trendy and have got video playing in flash. However, we've gone one better than YouTube and the like and we've got real streaming going on to give you a better experience. Yes, it's all for your good!

We're streaming using Flash Media Server. It's clever stuff (except when it doesn't work).

 

Do you have flash?

You must have flash. Go on, 97% of the browsers in the world have it. They can't all be wrong. Download it for free here (it's not even a big download).

What's your flash version?

What version of Flash do you have? Please check it here (you'll see your version of flash displayed where we've circled it here). You'll need version 8 or higher. If you're having problems upgrade to version 9 and we'll wager you'll be fine.
