Welcome to the Chello Zone Newsroom (“Newsroom”).

The Newsroom website (“Site”) is owned and operated by the Zonemedia Group Limited (registered under the laws of England and Wales under company no. 05182468) with registered offices at 105-109 Salusbury Road London NW6 6RG (“Chello Zone”). These terms and conditions of use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Zonemedia and these Terms govern all access or use of the Site and any site directly associated with this Site.

Please read them carefully before proceeding to use the Site as you will be legally bound by them whether or not you choose to read them.

By logging on to the Site using the secure password given to you by the administrator of the Site, you will be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of use of the Site set out below.

You are not a member of the public and your use of this Site is for professional purposes only as either an accredited member of the press or as an employee or agent of a marketing agency, advertising agency and/or cable operator.
The password to access the Site was not obtained under false pretences or for any unlawful purpose.
You are permitted to use and publish the content supplied on the Site including but not limited to, photographs, images, captions attached to any photographs or images and any other text (“Content”) only for the purpose of editorial comment or promotion of the programme or series specifically related to the Content downloaded by you.
Should you download Content, the ownership of which is with and is expressly credited to a third party, such written credits must not be removed, edited or altered in any way.
You acknowledge that the copyright, database rights and all other intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights") without limitation in the Newsroom service made available to you via the Site (the "Service") and all the Content appearing on the Site including, (the "Content") is the exclusive property of Chello Zone or its lawful licensors
You acknowledge that your use of this Site or Service does not confer any rights in any Intellectual Property in any of the Content which may be accessible on the Site.
You agree to be bound by any restrictions on your use of the Content notified to you via the Site (or by any other means) and that, where required, you will enter into copyright and/or other arrangements directly with third party owners/licensors of the Content.
All Content you may use in accordance with the Terms shall be properly attributed to the company/organisation which has supplied the Content to the Site.
All Content shall be used in an editorial or promotional context only.
You acknowledge that you are not permitted to edit, version, modify, adapt or otherwise alter any of the Content contained on the Site without the express prior written consent of Chello Zone save and except for the extent reasonably required to re-format the Content to fit your service.
The Content shall be used as part of your own owned and operated publications or services.
The Content shall not be reproduced in proximity to any adult, insightful, harmful or offensive material.
Under no circumstances shall any Content be supplied to any third party or uploaded on any third party website, published in any third party periodical or used in any third party service without the express prior consent of Zonemedia.
The quality of the Content as reproduced by you in any printed format shall remain consistent with the quality of the Content as it appears on the Site.
You shall not upload any virus, worm, time bomb, spyware, malware or any other form computer software which is intended for malicious or disruptive purposes onto the Site. You acknowledge that you will be responsible and assume the entire cost of repairing the Service, Site and/or any Content that may be affected by your use of the Service, Site and/or Content.
THE SITE AND THE CONTENT CONTAINED THERIN, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND CHELLO ZONE AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTENT PROVIDERS, AGENTS AND AFFILIATES EXCLUDE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CHELLO ZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY SERVICES OR MATERIALS, THE USE OF THE WEBSITES OR THE UNAVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, AND DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE FUNCTIONS EMBODIED ON OR IN THE MATERIALS OF THE WEBSITES ARE NOT WARRANTED TO BE UNINTERRUPTED OR WITHOUT ERROR.
Chello Zone will not be liable to for any failures, interruptions, delays or other matters of a similar nature arising out of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any licence granted to you by Chello Zone to use the Site and/or the Service may be terminated by Chello Zone immediately in the event that you may breach any of the Terms contained herein. Upon termination you shall return all Content that is in your possession.
You agree and acknowledge that the Terms states Chello Zone's entire liability of whatever type or nature to you.
Notice shall be in writing.
Save in respect of any fraudulent pre-contractual misrepresentation, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chello Zone.
Chello Zone may freely assign its right or obligation under these Terms at its sole discretion. You acknowledge that you are not permitted to assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms.
Chello Zone may modify or change the Terms at its sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by English law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

The privacy policy sets out how we use any personal information that you give to us, such as your name, address, telephone number or email address.

WHO WE ARE
This document sets out the privacy policy of Chello Zone referred to herein as "Chello Zone". This policy explains how Chello Zone and its affiliated companies ("we", "us", "our" or "Chello Zone") use your personal information (meaning any information about you which is personally identifiable like your name, address, telephone number or email address and is generally referred to throughout this policy as "your information"). It applies to personal information collected from you.

HOW WE COLLECT AND USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
GENERAL
We collect your information firstly, when you give it to us (for example, when you provide information about yourself on an online form when participating in a competition or promotion) and secondly, when you register for our services using our registration services. In general, we use the information you provide to us in order to process requests or orders, to enter you for competitions or promotions which you have indicated you wish to enter, to identify your personal preferences and to match your needs with relevant services or products. The information you provide to us via online registration is used to provide you with access via your user name and password to our website(s), to enable you to enter competitions on the website(s) using your user name and password, to post messages on the message board, to sign up to receive newsletters (if available) and to set up a personal profile on the website(s).

In addition and with your consent we (and if applicable, our partners or other trusted third parties) use your information for certain marketing, market research, analysis and related purposes. It is up to you how much or how little information you allow us to use for these purposes. AUTOMATIC INFORMATION

CHILDREN
Chello Zone is sensitive to parents' concerns about the collection of personally identifiable information about children. As such, Chello Zone encourages children under the age of sixteen (16) years to consult with their parents or guardians before furnishing any information to any websites owned by Chello Zone.

While Chello Zone encourages children to consult with their parents (or guardians) before furnishing data, parents should supervise their children's online activity and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent children from disclosing online their name, address or other personally identifiable information without parental permission.

UNSUBSCRIBING/ AMENDING YOUR INFORMATION
Chello Zone gives you access to a broad range of information about you and your interactions with Chello Zone.

You can amend or remove information you give us via our website(s) at any time.

You can remove your information from our database entirely by sending an email to newsroom@Chello Zone.net specifying your name, the email address/ telephone number you used to register with us and if referring to a web registration, your user name in the email. If you only want to remove your information from a specific competition, newsletter (if available) or other interaction with us, simply send an email to us at info@Chello Zone.tv with the information above and the name of the competition, newsletter (if available) or other interaction.

Alternatively, whenever we contact you, (for example to send you an email newsletter (if available) which you have requested) you will normally find an email address at the bottom of the email, which you can use to tell us if you no longer wish to receive the newsletter (if available) or other communication in question.

You can amend or update your information or personal preferences at any time, or raise comments or questions about privacy issues, by sending an email to newsroom@zonemedia.net.

When subscribing to any mobile/ SMS service by SMS message, the return SMS message will usually give you details of how to unsubscribe to that particular service. The unsubscription will be charged at standard text rates.

You may unsubscribe from any mobile/SMS service provided by us, including reverse billed premium rate services by replying to an information message with the word 'unsubscribe' or 'stop' at any time. It is important to note that replying with ‘unsubscribe' or ‘stop' may result in you being removed from all our mobile/SMS services.

SECURITY
We have taken steps to ensure that your information is secure, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database servers, as well as electronic security systems and password protections that guard against unauthorised access.

While we strive to protect personal information, Chello Zone cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk.

BUSINESS TRANSFERS
In the unlikely event that we sell or otherwise dispose of some or all of our business to another party, we reserve the right to transfer your information as part of any assets sold or disposed of.
