General terms and conditions
The Website, its design and its contents are owned by the Extreme Sports Channel VOF ("Extreme"). Extreme grants individual users of the Website a non-exclusive personal licence to view and copy the material on the Website solely for personal and non-commercial use. Such licence is revocable by Extreme at any time without notice. You agree not to reproduce material on the Website other than in accordance with such licence and, without limitation, not to reproduce any information on the Website on any other website or in any other form. You agree not to arrange for any other website to be connected to the Website by way of hyperlink or otherwise without the prior written consent of Extreme.
Extreme reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time without notice. Any such changes will be displayed on this page of the Website. Extreme reserves the right to suspend or cancel or any part of the Website and the services offered therein at any time without notice.
Extreme shall not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the Website is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
Materials Submitted to Extreme
You must not submit materials which are:-
- in contravention of any relevant local, national or international law or which incites or encourages the contravention of any such law
- racist, sexist or homophobic
- pornographic, obscene, profane or vulgar
- defamatory of any person, entity or organisation
- abusive, threatening or otherwise likely to be harmful to those persons likely to use the Website

By submitting materials to Extreme, you grant Extreme a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free perpetual non-revocable licence to use, distribute, adapt, modify, display, reproduce and transmit such materials in any and all media in any manner in whole or in part without any duty to account to you. You also grant Extreme the right to grant licences to users of the Website to view and copy such information for personal use.
Extreme reserves the right to edit or delete any materials submitted to Extreme, including without limitation any material which contravenes the rules above.

Special terms and conditions apply to the use of certain features of the Website. These are indicated on the relevant pages and form part of these terms of use as if set out in full herein.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Extreme from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, expenses or costs asserted by any third party in connection with your use of the Website.

Extreme endeavours to ensure the accuracy of all content of the Website. However this cannot be guaranteed and Extreme's liabilities are excluded and/or limited as set out below. The content of the Website is provided for information purposes only and you should not rely upon it in making or refraining from making any decision or in taking or refraining from taking any action.
You agree that your use of the Website is entirely at your own risk. No warranty of any type is given by Extreme as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information provided on the Website. You agree that the Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Extreme hereby excludes all and any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, expenses or costs (whether as a consequence of its negligence or otherwise) arising in connection with:

The Website may contain links to and content from other internet sites and resources. Extreme cannot control such content and you agree that, without limitation of the terms set out above, Extreme is not responsible for such content. Extreme cannot endorse products or services offered by third parties through such content.
Your consent
By using the Website, you agree to these terms of use in full. You understand and agree that these terms of use constitute the entire agreement between Extreme and yourself in respect of your use of the Website and supersede any and all prior arrangements, agreements and representations.
Governing law
These terms of use and your use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and the courts of the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute in connection with such terms or use of the Website.
About us
"Extreme" and "extreme.com" are trading names of the Extreme Sports Channel VOF, a company incorporated in the Netherlands.
General Competition rules
(The rules specific to each competition, which are listed after these General rules, always take precedent)
1. The following details are required on entering: - name, address, e-mail address.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
3. Only electronic form entries used within the competition section will be accepted. If no forms are available e-mails will be accepted
4. Players must have an address in the UK. Sorry, overseas players are not eligible.
5. If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from a parent/guardian before entering and should you win the main prize, a parent/guardian will be required to accompany you, if the prize includes travel
6. Deadline for receiving entries is shown in the competition. Results will be announced within the following week.
7. The prize-winners will be drawn out of a hat from all the correct entries, and contacted by the Producers.
8. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
9. There will be no cash alternatives.
10. The Producers do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet.
11. Players must supply full details as required by the entry form, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
12. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of (promoter and partner) or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
13. The Producer's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Producers reserve the right in the event of circumstances arising outside of their control which in their opinion makes it necessary to cancel the competition at any stage.
15. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
16. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17. It is assumed that by entering competitions, which, if won, could result in time off work, your employer is in agreement to time off. When dates are specified they cannot be altered.
18. The Winners hereby agree to take part in any reasonable publicity requested by Extreme Sports Channel in connection with the Competition.
19. The prizes are non-transferable and there are no alternatives. Extreme Sports Channel may substitute a prize for an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary
20. The surname and county of the Winners can be obtained by writing to Extreme Sports Channel at Zone media, 105-109 Salusbury Road, London, NW6 6RG, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope or by visiting the website.
21. No purchase necessary.
Privacy Policy
Extreme is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the law. This privacy policy explains what information we collect about users of the Extreme.com website (the "Website") and how we will use it.
Please note that the Website contains links to other website which are outside our control and which are not covered by this privacy policy. Operators of such websites may collect information from you which may be used in a manner inconsistent with the Extreme privacy policy.
